google play store problem android

i have jay tech tablet computer 799. i try everything but nothing help.. i try all the trick i found on youtube but its always pop up these message ( the application google play store (procress com.android.vendind) has stopped unexpectedly. please try again... i try to fix these for 4-5 hours but nothing.. please i need help..

I get the same thing when I try to open the play store in my android tablet.Same problem as Pony pencil.
