Google Play store Error -101

hi i got a brand new tablet today and every app i try to install i get error -(101) how do i fix it as its doing my head in.

Try clearing the cache stored by the Google Play store application, and then also clear the cache of the download manager application.
done both still saying it but if i install a new version of google play i get error 403 i think

Error 403 appears when something is not available there, i don't know more about it but what you can do is have a look at this thread, i have Google it out and find something "indonetworksecurity.com/android/resolve-error-code-403-in-android.htm" hope this will help you up.

Error 101 and error 921 are basically the same, it's something to do with the google account verification. You need to, as John said, clear the data and cache from google play, but also remove your google account then add it again. The option is in settings/accounts.
