Samsung Galaxy S3 — using s3 for wifi calling

i switched to tmobile because they allow wifi calling. only to find out my s3 from att does not have the option to turn on the wifi calling in the settings. Is there a firmware change i could do or something i can download so i can use wifi calling????? please help! i get no service at my house at all
(not looking for an external app-i want this to work with my current phone number)

Hey Wendy,

I was reading up about your problem and I saw that AT&T doesn't provide Wi-Fi calling, unfortunately. You could however try using a VOIP application (voice over internet protocol) such as Viber, Skype, Fring, Line2, Tango, Liphone, Groove IP lite or WiCall. Some of these won't cost you anything or are at a low cost and definitely won't break the bank.
