Samsung Galaxy S3 — Please help with a Software Repair Assistant!

Could someone please help me?! I have the 4.3 update on my Galaxy s3, I went to do a factory reset,had my phone plugged into my pc to move stuff but must have done it wrong, Now it tells me to use Software Repair Assistant. I have no idea how to do that! Please someone save me and tell me how to do it. Thank you!
