HTC Desire HD — Partially rooted phone - I think

hi I recently rooted my phone using the unrevoked method and all seemed successful until the part where I had to unzip "unrevoked-forever.zip" at which point I received a failure notification - I now do not know what I have ( other thatn the phone is not "bricked" and works fine. I would like to somehoow put the beast back to normal and srart unrevoked again.

Any help would be appreciated!
