Unlocking the HTC Rhyme

Hi,

My girfriend got the HTC Rhyme as a present from Croatia, its locked to T-mobile Croatia, so she cant use it here in Hungary. Is there any way to unlock it? I tried to buy unlock code from 2 places already, got the codes, both were the same, and it didnt work:( when i wanted to unlock it , it says wrong code.
Anyone can help please?

You could try rooting it an flashing a new OS onto the phone. It's a little difficult but the XDA forums have a couple of good threads about how to do it.

Hi!

Yes it would be cool, but i couldnt find any custom rom for it, rooting is working probably, but i cant s-off the phone anyway, and if i am right thats needed for custom rom, and the sim unlock.
