How do I get voice control on my Wildfire?

I'm setting up this phone for my mum who is partially sighted and I need to get the voice-dialling working or I'm in trouble - Can anyone help? I've seen the videos and it all looks great but I can't see a microphone anywhere and as I understand it Froyo comes with the voice controls built in.

Try vlingo its supposed to be the best voice control software out there for the Wildfire. I haven't tired it myself but it comes highly recomended.
