Is it ok to have two separate apps android and ios or should I go for Hybrid mobile app development?

The only problem of having two separate apps would be managing. If you have no problem managing the apps then you should go for it.

If your app features are complex, especially if it involves a lot of low-level hardware operations, it is recommended that two teams be responsible for the development of two separate apps.
