Afternoon All,

Moto-G9 Plus phone.

Phone rings while home screen is off/asleep; I get a screen with instructions to swipe up to accept, down to decline. Swiping on this page doesn't work. I have to swipe down from the icon in the notification area (top left) to get the options decline or accept.

How do I get the swipe to work without having to use the notification icon ? Can't fine anything in Settings.

Regards

Was the 'Do not disturb' option already toggled 'on' in your settings?

That was 'off'. But I found another setting somewhere, which I now cannot find again which seems to have solved that particular problem.

Thank you for your input.
