My smartphone itworks (itw 5-4g) is blocked on logo.
I need an official rom to resolve it.

there isn't assistance in this area.
The hard reset doesn't work (vol+, power,,, and vol+, home, power)

There must be some shop selling phones. Do you have removable battery? Also Google does not return results on itw or it works.
