android app multiple devices issue

Dear Experts

I recently developed android app and create one form with 4/5 fileds. When I press submit button after fill the form, I am getting follow error. Error submitting Data ! Try Again

Many android devices its working fine.But 5/6 mobile showing error. Please find attachment to understand this issue.

Why not to step-debug on those mobile phones?
Check LogCat for more detailed error messages.
