I am on my 3rd or 4th "Certified Replacement" phone through Motorola since 4/11/19 and today is 5/14/19. Every time I receive a placement cell it is something different wrong with the replacement that was sent to me. They are still holding my $150 from the original shipment of the replacement phone because they can't seem to send me a fully functional device. I was escalated to the Executive team for the first replacement and I am still receiving devices that does not work. This is the most annoying thing ever. I am now waiting on another replacement device via FedEx. I ask if it was this model phone and if it was possible to upgrade me or ship me a brand new device. I was informed neither of those were an option. I was informed by Executive support that the only thing they can do is continue to issue me "Certified" replacement devices. Two out of 4 had issues with the charging port.
