Hi there

Unfortunately I had to reset my phone back to stock

I want to back it up to how it was before this, but the options it is giving me are not the same as I see on Google Drive (50 apps)

What can I do?

If you have failed to back up you files on your own, you can back up the files to PC for a 100% data safety. I have used the Syncios Data Transfer to do this which is convenient to transfer the data on your phone to directly to PC. Meanwhile, if you are going to switch phone or sell your old phone, you can use the functionality of PHONE TO PHONE TRANSFER to safeguard your original files.
Let me know, if this answer had helped you.

Do you mean that you are sure that you have made a backup on Google Drive while you could not restore from the backup?
Check whether the Google account set on your device is the same as your Google Drive, please.

Download size < 0.12 MB. But also accurate enough, ad-free & free.

Verify the following:
1.You’re using the same phone number and Google account that the backup was created on.
2.There's enough memory on your phone to restore the backup.
3.You have Google Play services installed on your phone.
4.Your phone’s battery is fully charged or plugged into a power source.
5.Your phone has a strong and stable internet connection. If restoring using a cellular data network doesn't work, please try Wi-Fi.
