Broken/black screen ! Help

Question

Hello, recently i've broken my j5 2016 screen and it went all black.I cant use the touchscreen but whenever i put it to charger and i turn the phone on it vibrates and produces sounds but i cant go further because i cant use the screen.I've tried plugging it on my pc and use mirror screen but i cant use it cause i dont have the usb debugging turned on.
I dont want it fixed cause its too expensive.

Im asking how can i access the files and data within the phone if i cant use the screen.
Your experience and help would be really appreciated.

Your screen broke and your display went black, and there is no results when you connected it to your PC.
I don't think you will be able to retrieve any files at this point. 
Sounds like there is a lot more damage to that phone than a broken screen.

Question: did you have the files backed up in some type of cloud storage?
If so, you might be able to retrieve those files from a different device.

Did you have any back up on cloud?
 If no, you can use flash reader and remove ROM and connect it to a Flash Reader, through an Arduino.

You need to have some command on this, or just visit some semicundoctor shop who know how to access, android flash rom.
