Hello,
I'm encountering huge problems with fingerprint recognition on my Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017).
My settings have Screen Lock Type set to Fingerprint. I had no problems with registering my fingerprints, and the first few times the screen unlocks with my fingerprint without problems; however, after a while, I begin getting the "no match" message, and I have to use my PIN. When I reregister my fingerprints the situation repeats: works a few time, then stops working.
Does anyone have any suggestion?
