I made new note application. This application is different from another note app. You can save note and pickup some contact from your contact list.

Something must be wrong because I wrote english description... oh I know. After you edit link, description was in english? Ok, I changed it. English is now default langage. Thanks for hint.
And yes. Today it is compatibile with Android 9. I tested it on emulator. But google don't got exception for this application and feature of this application is not clear after 9.3.2019 (for android 9).
For android 5 - 8.1 will be available long time, but android 9 is unclear.
