no 4G

Sorry I made a mistake in my previous thread what I should say is when I leave home my phone is not picking up 4 G I tried changing my chip to my other phone that worked fine so SIM is not the problem

Then, are you sure that you had enabled 4G option in the Settings?

which phone are you using ? and does it show any sign of internet connection through SIM ? like 3G or G sign or E sign ?

I am using a Mega Duos GT19152 6.3. Mobile data on it says but no G or E signs just my home Wi Fi.
