Samsung Galaxy S3 — Galaxy S3 phone - what is largest SD card possible?

I've seen reports of 64GB, 128GB and 256GB sizes being useable in the S3 and I thought 32GB was the largest (maybe it was when I got it??) I want the largest and fastest card I can as I transfer the data from the card to my desktop by taking it out, so it transfers faster than over USB.

So what is the answer and can you suggest a "fast" card?

I am pretty sure it is 64Gb, that is what I have in my S3. I use the Samsung 64 EVO
