I Can't Find Email Chat in the Menu Anymore

Hi WhatsApp-ers. Lately I don't see "Email Chat" option anymore in my Whatsapp menu. In place of that I see "Export". My problem with Export is it doesn't give me option to attach or not to attach media in the chat. It only allows me to export the texts only. Unlike with Email Chat which is very convenient, now it is a hassle to email the media separately from the text, and it has to be from the gallery. There is no way to export the media directly from WhatsApp. I checked the FAQ on WhatsApp official site, they still have "Email Chat" as a help to export a copy of an individual or group chat. And it is a 2018 updated FAQ. Anyone has the same problem with me, or is it only me? How can I export my chat .. both text and media, like when "Email Chat" was still there in the menu? Thank you for your help.

For my WhatsApp, when I tap the upper-right 3-point icon in a chat window and then select 'More', there will be four items in the next pop-up menu, They are 'Block', 'Clear chat', 'Email chat', as well as 'Add shortcut'.

So I think you should have deleted all of your email accounts in your phone Setting. Have a check at first, please.
