WHATSAPP INTERNATIONAL CALLS

My problem is that I cannot make international calls. I can call locally without any problems but not internationally.
When I attempt an int call, the phone just rings until it times out. A little message comes up saying "connecting". If someone should call me internationally, when I answer I hear nothing and ditto for the other party.
I have tried everything even resetting the phone to factory settings. Nothing helps.

Reinstall your whatsapp or update it

This is one of the very strange problems which you are facing. If Uninstall and re-install doesn't work, contact whatsapp team for assistance.
