Samsung sound bar HWK 850

will never buy another Samsung product. Bought a tv model UN65MU800D and a Samsung sound bar who 850. They would not work together. After days of on the phone doing hours of resets and talking to different people every time, same questions over and over rest unplug replug they took remote control of it could not fix said it was the new sound bar defected, 4 wks later get it back still not working hours and several calls now they say it's the one box will send new one out in 7 to 10 days if not it will have to send in sound bar again. $2,500 new and never works and hours of frustration. No when I call they just hang up.
