Samsung Galaxy S5 Active — Force upgrade

Hi,

My S5 is currently running 4.4.2 When I run 'Check For Update' it tells me the system is up to date. I'm trying to get Microsoft InTune to certify the device compliance and upgrading seems like the last effort. Is there anyway to get the update other than "check for update" ?

Doesn't Samsung or your carrier supply software update for Galaxy S5 yet? :(

problem solved - Samsung in person was able to upgrade to v6 - all is well. Thanks for the responses.
