Mine, i tap builder number for 8 times in particular.

Follow below given steps to enable developer mode on android lollipop 5.1.1

Step 1: Open “Settings”

Step 2: Scroll down until see System sections, tap on “About device”

Step 3: Tap on “Build number” 7 times to enable developer options

Step 4: Go back to “Settings”

Now you’ll be able to see “developer options” on your android devices settings menu

For Android 4.2 Jelly Bean

Settings > about > tap the build number 7 times

Hello : It's very easy

Settings> About phone> Build number, tap Build number for seven times. Then it should be turned on
