Great Firewall of China problems (Samsung A5)

Hi all,
Today I've just bought a Samsung A5 here in Beijing. Predictably enough, there is no Google Play store available, and the only apps available seem to be Chinese ones via the Samsung store. Notably, I have access to a PC with a VPN.
Questions:
1) How do I get Google Play store on it from within China?
2) How do I set up a VPN on my phone from within China?

It's quite incredibly really just how much is blocked in China. I need Google, YouTube, Facebook and various other apps -.-

I am not sure where to download an official Google Play service APK.
But as for your 2nd problem, try Settings -> Network connection -> VPN. Good luck to you.
