I bought a HuaWei Honor 4x in China, but Google Service and Google Play werenot installed. I just wanna to know if the Google Service and Google play are installed on Hua Wei Phones from other countries outside China? Thanks!

Hello Outman,
it really depends on the country, but mostly yes. Here in Germany for example both Apps are preinstalled.
