Samsung Galaxy S4 — Accidentally deleted everything using Android device manager

Hi Guys

I had 2 phones registered on "Android Device Manager". I had lost one the other day. Accidentally deleted all data on the other phone. I only need to restore my contacts from the other phone. Unfortunately for this i did not have a sync on. Is there any way i can do this?
