Stocard adds offers that I do not have cards for. Can I stop them? Wastes data.

Stocard adds offers that I do not have cards for. Can I stop them? Wastes data.
The Stocard people need to pay their bills so the offers/flyers are a source of income to them. At least there is no ads or in-app purchase, just offers.
