Sending Audio files

I used to be able to send songs via whatsapp easily. Clicked on the paper clip, then Audio and then sound picker or something like that. Now i just get the record or cancel option. Plus when playing a song via the samsung or google play app it doesn't come up with the option to share.

Any ideas why this has changed or is it just my phone?
