HTC One (M8) — HTC One M8 stuck in bootloop

Hi Everyone.

I have recently factory reset my HTC One M8 and now when I power on it hangs on the white screen with the HTC logo. I cant power it off with the power. sometimes with a hard reset using vol+ and power it loads past the logo screen to android is starting, optimizing app, it runs through then hangs at starting apps.

I cant get access to the bootloader to start recovery process.

any help would be much appreciated.
