Hi, In 2013 I bought a Nexus 7 tablet but I have been trying to carry out a Factory and Hard resets without success. I followed the instruction for these actions but the device only freezes after I select reset and now the screen only shows Google unless I switch it off. This tablet is totally useless and I am struggling to find any answers to solve this problem can anyone who has been faced with the same problem come up with a solution.
