My lg phone will not turn on.

Last week I was getting some errors on my lg ms 323 phone, I factory reset it, reloaded my apps and it was happy. 2 days later, I look at my phone in the morning, says 10 pm the night before and it looks like it is frozen. I hit the power button, says power off or power off and restart, so I choose restart, it shuts down and has not worked since. Left the battery out over night, the for 24 hours, the for 2 days, nothing.
Any ideas on what to do, I press the power button and nothing happens, no vibration letting me know it is powering up. I really cannot afford a new phone and really need this one to work.
