My partner just recieved her phone from china, she has changed settings to english and can make and recieve calls but she can't download fb or google play?? All apps are in chinese.
Does she have to remove chinese software? If so how??
I am away on business and can't get to her phone so if there is any simple solution I would be very grateful.
