WhatsApp images have disappeared

Hello,

I had over 1000 pictures stored within WhatsApp image folder located at WhatsApp/Media/WhatsApp Images and...they are gone! It seems only the ones received from December 4th remain, the rest have dissapeared. I can't see them neither in phone gallery nor in Windows explorer. I wonder how could this happen and if there is a way to recover them. My cell phone is Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo Plus i90.

I dont know why it happens with your whatsapp. I will suggest Android Data Recovery tool to recover your deleted images.

I guess, you would have deleted them from the whats app screen.
