Motorola Moto E — Unknown files in Internal storage > Pictures > CM_Cloud

I have LOTS of files with no file extension/type in Internal storage > Pictures > CM_Cloud.
What's that all about?

I think they are maybe temporary files used by CM Cloud app.

Download size < 0.15 MB. But also accurate enough, ad-free & free.

Yeah, that may be the temporary files of CM Cloud, don't delete it.

Isn't the CM cloud = Google Cloud? When I went to CM cloud settings I picked my gmail account. It is backing up perfectly there.
