I upgraded from a samsung 4 to the edge and having problems with some sort of account issue. Firstly some of my contacts cant be contacted on new phone via whatsapp. I deleted the account on old phone but still some contacts cant receive messages and i am still showing up with two accounts in my friends list.
I was advised to completely reser old phone to factory settings and in doing so lost ALL contacts in my phone book in my new phone.
Is there anything i can do about whatsapp and restore my contacts?
