Samsung Galaxy S5 Active — Help - Japan model wont hotspot in Australia

Hi, stupidly I purchased a Samsung S5 SCL23 and did not realise that there were different models for different countries. I live in Australia and everything works fine except I cannot hotspot the phone. Does anyone have any ideas about what I can do? Thanks.
