I have a KingSing K5 smartphone running Android 4.2.2, but I am suddenly unable to use google app. I am being told that there is a new version available to download from Play store. I am able to download the update, but it will not install. I get a message saying the download is not signed properly, and I should uninstall the current version and re-install. I am unable to uninstall the previous version as it was pre-installed in the phone. Meanwhile, I have no access to google app. HELP!
