I am facing a problem with my phone for the last week. The problem is that my mobile does not run both the sims at the same time. (I've dual sim s3 i9300). Whenever I put two sims in their respective slots, network stop working. Then I remove one sim and keep other sim. I have to activate both the sims. Is there a hardware problem or software problem? Please someone help me.
