Microsoft Outlook PC plugin?

Hey guys, I just switched from iPhone to Android and I had an iCloud plugin on my outlook which was quite handy for instant sync of my calendar and contacts given that my work is all in Outlook. I know it can be done using Google calendar and contacts, but is there an Outlook plugin for Android? thanks

I don't know if it's the best or not but I have been using it for more than A year. It's called Go Contact Sync Mod. But it syncs between Google and outlook. hope this helps
