Samsung Galaxy S4 — Problem after updating to 5.0.1

Just updated my s4 with 5.0.1 Lollipop, and now the WiFi won't turn on. Is there a solution? Could I revert to the older version?

1.Was it an OTA update?
2.i9500 or i9505?

If you did not save the wifi settings, then they could have been reset when the phone rebooted after update.

You'll have to set it up again.

I had no problem signing back on after the phone reset and rebooted.
