Whats app invite thread

I have seen a number of users over AndroidPIT, trying to get Whats App voice activated by posting their mobile number over various sections, which looks spammy in order to control the same. I have came up with am idea of putting all things at a single place.

Users who require Whats app voice call invite can fill this excel sheet (Name, Country and Mobile Number with Country Code)located over here:

I am going to start giving away the invite, :) but make sure that you don't spam the other sections with your personal contact details. Once you got your Whatsapp voice activated make sure you update the sheet as "Received", also if you haven't received the invite update the status as "Awaiting".

Note:

Update(24th March 15): Done, for today have distributed enough number of invites, rest of the invites will be sent by tomorrow

Yeah sure @christain and @alias I am going to need a extra hand in distributing the invite,:) But for now the invite window is closed by whatsapp mean the one who has the whatsapp call feature can make calls but they aren't able to invite others :( so I guess we all need to wait for the invite windows to open up again !!! Everyone will get whatsapp invite once it opens backs !!!

@Sanjai, I am going to need your help in distributing whatsapp voice invite as it opens back !!! Also androidpit readers feel from to send me direct private message if you get the confirmation that whats app voice invite window has again opened up, this time I'll be quick in sending out the invite !!! :)

The activation window opened last night. I cannot say for how long though... I just tested and managed to activate 3 users on my private list.

I received the invitations and it works on my tablet.
I can't change my status in the Exel sheet from Awaiting to Received.

I received the call , accepted it but the feature is not updated my Whatsapp version is 2.12.14,

What went wrong? can you call me again?

Edited: Alright just noticed the status says Didn't Picked up the call but i actually did ...its weird. can i receive a call again?

No, @chavya whatsapp invite window is closed you can't get your whatsapp voice activated now !!! :( You need to wait for the invite window to open again.

Invite Windows are open and i have received the invite a few minutes back , thanks a bunch my whatsapp calling is activated! However if you can keep updating me when it will be open and when not i might be able to help you with activating of others, ill start calling others from the list too.

My Advice for the problem Didn't Pick the call Apparently for the people who are living in GCC , if they require VPN Connection (e.g. speed vpn) to use Viber on their mobile then you have to connect to VPN in order to activate your whatsapp for the first time, This problem has been faced by many people living in Oman and this is the solution for that.

You might wish to update the same.
