Issues in my GALAXY GRAND 2 .

Hello every one.

i have some some issues in my galaxy grand 2 , some 1 please help me.

1: my phone have 870 mb of ram ( Normal have 1.5 GB )
2: red line is coming in picture while i use stander camera app with flash on or i expose the camera to sun light, ( if i use 3rd party camera app for example Nexus kitkat camera app, then there is no red line in picture while using flash light ,)

3: when i put my device on OTA for possible software updates , a software stability update with size of 138 mbs approx downloads and after that in the installation process of update device giving error of installation just after the 26% of installation then it rejects the update installation process and restarts the device .

Some help me that what i have to do.

Note: while i try to update via samsung kies , KIES tells that your device have latest firm ware.
