Samsung Galaxy S4 - low Sound on mobile when battery discharges!

I am very upset that all the sounds of my S4 down automatically when the battery charge decreases after recharging sounds remain low so I lose notices, notifications and calls !!! Anyone know how to avoid this and leave fixed sound levels regardless of battery charge ???

I would appreciate your help!

Well, that's weird (silly) never heard something like this before (thinking) anyway after you plug your device out of the charger make sure you keep your fingers pressing the volume up button until the volume slider reaches to full. Now try checking if you are still getting the notification ? If that doesn't helps then I think you may need to head over the nearest support to fix this one.
