App installs then fails to load

I created an app 2 years ago and that was a challenge in itself but its only a select few that get to see it as its more a local specialised app more than anything.
I have been told by someone that the app installs onto their device fine but when you open/start it, it closes down saying it cannot open.
I have tested it myself and getting the same error.
Can anyone tell whats causing it and maybe fix it as I just cannot figure out why its closing down as soon as its open.

you need to update the app capability. You made this app 2 years before so it will be capable for Android 3.0 and below i guess.

it should be able to work on all devices made since then.
does it work with you when you install it?
can you fix it if its only a minor error.

can you post the play store link ... I am not allowed to edit the app but will find a solution..

It is not on the play store as for one I cannot afford to put it there and secondly it would not be sought after on there as it is a limited app for a local castle. I made the app so you can edit all you want within reason to get it working.
