Hi
I have a HTC Chacha that my daughter used for a while. Unfortunately when I got it back it could no longer connect via 3G or WiFi. I have tried everything I could to rectify it but no success. I would like to restore it to its factory settings when I first got it, The volume button and power button option does not work it just starts up normal, believe me I tried alot this way. Also if you go to settings - privacy - ............. there sould be an option to reset to factory settings. There is no option on any menu that gives this option to reset to factory settings. How am I to reset it back to its original factory settings if it does not seem to have this option, please can anyone advise me on what else I can do?
