Yes, you can if the app is free and you inform users about including In-App Purchases. Forum rules say:

What if i have multiple apps to share? Like I'm into console gaming and kinda like trying out official and unofficial apps. Most are free and i use them to stray abreast of stuff. can i mention their names, all in post or is it preferrable to make a new, separate thread for each one so i can better describe each app and how it can help gamers for instance?

Hello Admin,

I want to add a link to my post so that I can send reader to google app store,
but I am getting a message telling me that new users can't post links

Note : I am not using shorlinks or direct links to other websites .
what should I do.

The AndroidPIT App Center does not exist anymore. Therefore you are not able to access it anymore :)

Thanks for making it crystal clear to showcase a new app. Especially, the part is to not allowed to post links to an app directly.
