I need to disable the sdcard - no read no write

Hello,please I know it sounds weird but I need to to disable the sdcard - no read no write will be permitted.
it's a samsung tab A 2016 SM-T580, any idea?
I may have root & then unroot, I don't need software, just to stop the hardware from any system file.Thanks
