Nothing to work on the device. S.O.S.

Hi! I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0. I was try it to switch on but the device only loading to samsung sign and that's all. I can't make a hard reset and soft reset too. What can I do if I want to use more that device? Thanks for all of the idea! Peace!
