hello,
sorry to contradict you, but the first thing a thief does is reset the smartphone, and gone is cerberus with the wind...
i have no rooting experience but if i believe what i read then rooting a phone and installing cerberus in the root is a good option as i read ... but WHO does that ? almost nobody ...

Cerberus in my opinion is the best anti-theft apps for your smart phone. I know a lot of people that use it on there device and they like it and find it effective.
