Hi everyone. I'm living in China mainland and recently I get a Xiaomi Note3. The phone performs superb but the system version is the one designed for the local market that means full of restrictions for non-chinese app.

I know the system version released for the international market is different so the question is, is there a way I can change the current chinese version for the international one? Going to the vendor is not an option in here, of course.
